ORDERING POLICY:

Registering with GARNIXA.COM is simple. You can create a unique account by following these steps: Click on the ‘Login’ sign. Then, click on the ‘Create An Account’ tab on the Customer Login screen. Fill in your personal details on the account creation page and click on the ‘Create An Account’ button to complete the process.

PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY:

GARNIXA.COM product prices listed on the website are current but are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are acknowledged at the prevailing price. GARNIXA.COM is set up to take immediate orders online and accepts payments only via Cash on Delivery (COD). For security purposes, all orders are reconfirmed via message or call before being processed. If the customer does not confirm the order, it will not be processed further. For any queries or direct communication, customers can contact our customer care at: Email: garnixaofficial@gmail.com. Payments can be made via "Cash on Delivery" (COD) during product delivery, but this option is only available in selected regions specified by GARNIXA.COM.

OUT OF STOCK POLICY:

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by products marked as out of stock, which may not be immediately available. If your order is accepted but cannot be delivered, we will contact you within 2 (two) business days to discuss how you would like to proceed. If an item is out of stock, you may contact our customer care department for assistance in selecting an alternative product.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

There will be no charges for order cancellation if it is done within the specified timeframe, i.e., before the order is processed and dispatched. Once the order is processed, cancellation requests cannot be approved.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY:

If an error occurs on our part or a product is damaged upon receipt, we will facilitate an exchange or replacement. If the delivered product does not match your specifications, you can contact us at garnixaofficial@gmail.com with your order ID. Complaints must be escalated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Beyond this timeframe, no complaints will be entertained. In the case of a defective or damaged product, customers must send the product back to GARNIXA.COM. Upon receipt, GARNIXA.COM will issue a replacement as per the invoice. For defective items delivered anywhere in Pakistan, GARNIXA.COM will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the item in packed form. The customer will be notified of the pickup date and time in advance. Photographic evidence of the defect will be required.

SAFETY OF ONLINE TRANSACTION:

All payment information submitted by our customers is kept strictly confidential. Only authorized personnel have access to this information.
