SHIPPING POLICY

Your orders are shipped from our official distributor warehouse through registered courier companies directly to your doorstep.

As per local regulations, we are required to include an invoice copy with the package as part of the shipping documentation, including for orders made as gifts. Goods receipt must be signed upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, please provide an alternative person who can receive it on your behalf—such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. However, GARNIXA.COM will not be held responsible for products signed for by an alternative recipient.

While we strive to keep shipping costs minimal, depending on the order size and quantity, we charge a nominal shipping and handling fee starting from Rs 250/-. The exact shipping charges will be displayed during checkout, and you will be informed of the total cost before making payment. These charges are also reflected in the invoice generated by us.
